White Unbleached Plain Flour blended with leavening agents (Monocalcium Phosphate Monohydrate, Sodium Bicarb) which acceptable additives under strict organic standards. Has a creamy colour, is more flavoursome than other self raising flours. Refrigeration storage recommended to retain freshness.
